The Rare Diseases Competence Center-PACA West "Non-Histaminic Angioedema" has existed since 2009. It is currently housed at the Timone Hospital in Marseille. The medical team treats adults and children with hereditary or non-hereditary bradykinin angioedema. It actively participates in clinical research protocols conducted by CREAK and in therapeutic trials aimed at marketing new drugs to treat adults and children.

The center of Marseille offers
- Consultations specifically dedicated to angioedema at the rate of one weekly consultation for adult patients (with a slot reserved for emergencies) and one monthly consultation for children for diagnosis and monitoring. Blood tests may be carried out during consultations; Monitoring of patients during their hospital stay for medical reasons other than their hereditary disease to help them manage them safely; Up-to-date therapeutic management according to the latest recommendations; Access to specific treatments at home; Participation in therapeutic trials evaluating new specific drugs.

- Specialized biological samples processed on site or sent to the immunology laboratory of the Grenoble University Hospital - CREAK reference center; Samples for genetic analyses in partnership with the molecular biology laboratory of the Grenoble University Hospital - CREAK reference center.
