A WORD FROM THE CAEN TEAM
We welcome adult and child patients with angioedema attacks or fear of having them in our department. This may be a genetic angioedema previously known as hereditary angioedema or edema occurring during life (caused by medication, stress, diseases and sometimes associated with chronic spontaneous urticaria etc.). We are linked to the allergology department and collaborate with the dermatology and internal medicine departments.
We contribute to the identification of cases of angioedema within the framework of the Rare Diseases plan and participate in the studies proposed by CREAK.
We serve doctors and patients in the region and provide support for patients when they have to change region and therefore CREAK center.
